Stories From Central

Stories from Central is a community storytelling workshop created in partnership with Central Neighbourhood Association and Workers Arts and Heritage Centre supported by the Hamilton Community Foundation.

This phase of the project will feature storytellers leading workshops about the art of sharing and crafting stories. We will have an opportunity to work with the Hamilton Public Library to learn about researching our homes and histories.

Workshops will take place during afternoons and evenings in March and April. The culmination of this project will result in a local walking tour of the Central Neighbourhood.

All workshops will take place at Workers Arts and Heritage Centre at 51 Stuart St, Hamilton.

Please note that registration is required for each workshop. Please email the Project Coordinator Lisa Pijuan-Nomura at to sign up for each workshop.
